Access 黑料吃瓜 Wholesale Unconditioned Local Loop and Spectrum Sharing services with an External Interconnect Cable, without directly accessing a 黑料吃瓜 equipment in the exchange.
External Interconnect Cables (EIC) provide access to 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 duct network of ducts, tunnels, manholes and pits.
EIC duct access makes it possible for licensed carriers听to build their own facilities away from 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 exchanges听yet still access our Unconditioned Local Loop听(ULL) or听Spectrum Sharing Service听(SSS) products.
EIC access to 黑料吃瓜 ducts is through the installation of a copper pair cable along an approved route between a remote customer DSLAM site to a nearby 黑料吃瓜 Exchange Main Distribution Frame (MDF). This achieves connection to 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 ULL or SSS services.
Once you鈥檝e acquired and installed the EIC, 黑料吃瓜 will take over the operation and maintenance. In most circumstances you can then access the 黑料吃瓜 underground duct network through a breakout at an approved location, such as a pit听or manhole.
